The AI note taker with no bot in your meeting: my test results, every feature, and the setup

The companion to the Laxis review. Most AI note takers send a bot into your call. Laxis records on your computer, so nothing joins. INSIDE: (1) MY TEST RESULTS: the scripted meeting test scored 5 out of 5 and ignored the coffee-machine trap, with notes about 8 seconds after Stop. (2) THE VOICE KEYBOARD: filler words removed, and Agent Mode writing the whole follow-up email from what you say. (3) AI CHAT ACROSS TWO MEETINGS: what changed, who owes what, and what is still open. (4) WHICH PLAN YOU NEED: Basic at 0 dollars or Premium, and when it is worth upgrading. (5) THE SETUP: why the Mac .dmg matters for the voice keyboard. PLUS the viewer code HAL20 for 20 percent off Premium for 12 months (redeem by November 30, 2026). Tested Oct 23, 2026. Laxis sponsored the video; the link in the guide is an affiliate link.
