TIER 3 — ARCHITECT (Q13-18): what makes an agent an agent is THE LOOP (act, observe, decide, repeat); MCP is a USB port for AI — one open standard to plug tools and data in; the biggest danger of tool-using agents is real, irreversible actions (keep a human in the loop); prompt injection is hijack by hidden text and the #1 agent security risk; a giant 1M-token context gets 'lost in the middle' (right information beats more information); grounding ties answers to verifiable sources so claims can be checked.
