I pulled GitHub's WEEKLY trending page (live, 2026-07-08) and verified every star count against GitHub's API. The story of the week: 8 of the top 10 don't run alone — you install them INTO a coding agent you already have (Claude Code / Codex / Cursor). The terminal is the new app store. Each repo comes with the exact one-line install and an HONEST read.
